Meet The Board
Helping young women discover their potential, embrace challenges, and thrive.
Nadine Copeland
I have served for several years as a youth leader, teaching Sunday School and planning activities and outings for the girls' and boys' clubs. After relocating to Georgia, I joined a mentoring program for teenage girls on probation. Later, I began working with a group home for young girls in state foster care. At this group home, I served as a mentor to several young ladies for over 11 years.
Lessons From Experience
I’ve learned from years of connecting with these young ladies how to really listen to what they have to say, regardless of whether I agree with them. Every generation responds differently to life’s issues. The difference between the young ladies I’ve mentored and myself at their age is the positive influence of other women. My mother, aunts, and other women in my community did not tolerate laziness or disrespect from their child or their neighbor’s child.

Frances Pace
If you asked me, “Who are you? What do you do?” I might say I am a practicing attorney, entrepreneur, and mom—with more than 35 years in the legal world. And while that is true, it’s not really “who I am.” It is simply part of what I have done.
Guiding and Growing Together
At my core, I am a mom first. I had the great privilege of raising two daughters while earning both an MBA and a law degree—back to back—over five very full years as a working, single mom. My girls were not just along for the ride; they became part of the journey. Then I had the joy of collaborating with and supporting my girls as adults in their own groundbreaking businesses and creative ventures, which has been and will remain my proudest role yet.
Embracing Life’s Lessons
I am endlessly curious. I love meaningful conversations, learning new and unexpected things, reading widely, listening to all kinds of music, and exploring new places. I value time with family and friends, and I believe growth does not stop with age; it deepens. Expanding my ideas, challenging what I think I know, and recognizing there is still more to learn, do, and give keeps life both humbling and exciting. In short, I am someone yet evolving who believes that there is always something to learn on this journey called life.
